14 Day return policy

For your peace of mind Diamond Story offers a 14 day return policy on diamonds subject to the following conditions

- The item is returned in its original condition to the store within 14 days of the item being picked up from our showroom or being dispatched to you.

- The centre diamond must have the following minimum specifications. * D-H colour, SI1+ clarity, 0.50 ct+

- 14 day return policy applies to natural and lab grown diamonds only.

- custom made jewellery will not be included in this return policy. 

- The diamond is not damaged or altered in any way.

 

- A FULL refund will be offered in the event there is an issue with the stone. Diamond Story will confirm that the stone is 100% eye clean, non cloudy with NO green/brown tinges before ordering. If the diamond received is not what we state then a full refund will be given.

- change of mind will be eligible for store credit which can be used to purchase a different diamond. If the new stone is more expensive the difference will be payable by the purchaser. If the new stone is cheaper the difference can be used towards the setting component or any other item on our website. In some instances a refund of the difference may be given.
