Diamond Story 14-Day Return Policy

For your peace of mind, Diamond Story offers a 14-day return policy on diamonds, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition to our store within 14 days of being picked up from our showroom or dispatched to you.

  • The center diamond must meet the following minimum specifications:

    • Colour: D-H
    • Clarity: SI1 or higher
    • Carat weight: 0.50 ct or greater

  • This return policy applies exclusively to natural and lab-grown diamonds.

  • Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return under this policy.

  • The diamond must be undamaged and unaltered in any way.

  • If there is an issue with the stone, a full refund will be issued. Diamond Story guarantees that all diamonds sold are 100% eye-clean, non-cloudy, and free from green or brown tinges before purchase. If the received diamond does not meet these standards, a full refund will be provided.

  • Change of mind returns are eligible for store credit, which can be used toward the purchase of a different diamond. If the new stone costs more, the difference will be payable by the customer. If the new stone is less expensive, the difference can be applied toward the setting or other items on our website. In some cases, a partial refund of the difference may be issued.
