- For regional or less accessible areas, we use Auspost Express services. All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
- Shipping to New Zealand is via Auspost Express.
- International shipments to other destinations are sent via FedEx Priority. Rates vary by country, and duties or taxes may be payable by the customer upon arrival.
-
Post Office Box Shipping:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Orders are shipped only to a physical address (home or work) where someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- If no one is available, Gt-Ex or Auspost will leave a collection notice, and the customer will be advised on collection options or re-delivery.
-
FedEx Shipping:
- If you are unavailable to accept a FedEx delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice with details for the next attempt.
