    • Goods are shipped via our preferred partners: Gt-Ex or Auspost Express with signature required.
    • Orders shipped via Gt-Ex are fully insured by Diamond Story.
    • Orders shipped through Auspost are insured up to a maximum value of $1,000.
  2. Included in Every Shipment:

  3. Order Processing Times:

    • Orders placed between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
    • Orders received outside these hours, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
    • Please note, shipping may take 1-4 weeks depending on stock availability. We strive to dispatch orders promptly and will keep you informed throughout the process.
  4. Shipping Methods:

    • For metro areas within Australia, we recommend Gt-Ex couriers, which also services regional areas at higher rates. To get a quote, visit: https://my.ccult.net/cust/quote/
    • For regional or less accessible areas, we use Auspost Express services. All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
    • Shipping to New Zealand is via Auspost Express.
    • International shipments to other destinations are sent via FedEx Priority. Rates vary by country, and duties or taxes may be payable by the customer upon arrival.
  5. Post Office Box Shipping:

    • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
    • Orders are shipped only to a physical address (home or work) where someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
    • If no one is available, Gt-Ex or Auspost will leave a collection notice, and the customer will be advised on collection options or re-delivery.
  6. FedEx Shipping:

    • If you are unavailable to accept a FedEx delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice with details for the next attempt.
    • For more information about your package, contact FedEx Customer Service or track your shipment online at fedex.com.
