Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion commences for purchases on 5/01/2020 and closes for purchases at the close of business 28/02/2020 (“Purchase Period”).
2. Claims commence on 6/01/2020 and will be valid for a maximum of 36 months subject to discretion by HOYTS.
3. All vouchers are valid only at all HOYTS outlets. 
4. The offer can be redeemed once per customer. 
5. Any purchase made within this time will be eligible for free movie tickets.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Diamond Story has the right to terminate the promotion without prior notice during the promotional period. 
8. The promotional offer is subject to the standard terms and conditions of HOYTS cinemas and their services. 
9. Rewards, or any unused portion of a reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
11. The number and type of movie ticket will be dependent on the total invoice amount. The chart below outlines the reward:
